Yearning for a way to go back in time - back to the days before Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake?
One step inside the Quaker Antique Mall will convince you it's possible, or it will at least give you something better to look at than the recently famous breakaway bustier.
Tucked just off Route 309 on Tollgate Road in Quakertown, the 12,000-square-foot compound offers every kind of antique a collector could want, and some you don't even know you need yet.
Owners Gail and David Snyder of Pennsburg have owned the establishment for almost seven of its 10 years, and have expanded it twice. They see a range from casual and driven collectors, right on up to professionals, such as the representative from Martha Stewart, who visits every month to check out the furniture, jewelry, paper ephemera, primitives, sheet music and dozens of other categories of oldies but goodies.
